In the past established and managed the Israeli subsidiary of Boston Scientific and previously he was VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Promedico represented in Israel exclusively global companies such as Pfizer, Abbott Lab, Novartis and many others.

Doron Won several reputable awards and recognitions from Multi-National Health Care companies for his contribution to their successes. Doron is on boards of directors and investment committees in several companies. On 2012 Doron has founded MaC Fund the first Israeli-Korean Venture Capital.

Yael Weiss received her MD degree from Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, and her PhD in molecular genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel.
After working at Sheba Medical Center for several years Yael joined Columbine Ventures and then joined Genzyme Israel as director of Medical Affairs and Business Development.
In 2004, Yael joined Merck Sharp & Dohme Israel as Medical Director, a role in which she oversaw Merck’s clinical trials and supported the sales and marketing organizations.
In 2007 Yael relocated to the SF B.ay Bay Area to take the position of Director, External Scientific Affairs and World Wide Licensing, West Coast. Her responsibilities focused on the identification and evaluation of novel licensing and scientific collaboration opportunities emanating from West Coast-based academic laboratories, biotechs and venture capital firms. Yael then headed a group that evaluates the clinical, regulatory and safety aspects of Merck’s regional deals globally (including emerging markets).
Currently, Yael is Vice President Business Development for Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, a company focused on developing treatments for rare genetic diseases.
